For ice why couldn't a person use an old worn set of tires and run short sheet metal screws, not self drillers, from the inside? Fill the tire with slime to ~seal/slow the leaks.
Note: I have used hex head sheet metal screws in the lugs of my boots for traction in mud and snow for 30+ years. I also relieve the lugs to make the grooves wider and more open to release the mud and snow better. S-hook type fixture chain works great on regular shoes and boots for traction.

Someone on here gave me a link for actual tire studs for motorcycles. I'd have to search for it. They make scooter tires in a winter tread just like car tires. Really aggressive with all the cuts and sipes. Most of those are designed for studs. Leave the center contact patch bare and stud the outside of the tire so as you lean a little the studs start biting in. Didn't want to do that to my good bike but now that i have a couple that aren't so pretty i might do up a set of tires on spare rims so i can slap them on when the snow starts. We used to run hex head sheet metal screws with a raised edge in the knobbies of the dirt bikes and atv's

heres a very inspirational(and scary) video for you
I rode in snow and on streets last winter, but streets were mostly clean so there was no need for studs, but this year its gona be different. My new scooter has 16 and 14 inch wheels so it should bite the snow better but the 2t engine needs more traction, so im gona buy some knobbys and put some screws in, i sure hope it works tho...

I rode my R-trike last winter but not like THAT! I just went out when the streets were clear. Helmet fogging was a major problem.

I rode all winter last year, but all I got to show for it was a sunburned head.

I road in the snow a few times and the stock duel sport tires did an OK job on anything but ice
