currently as it sits now it has a gy6 50 or 139qmb with a big valve head, big cam, 80cc bbk, aftermarket var.,and 1k springs. it will do 50ish mph no problems at all. my plans for that engine were to raise the comp and run it on e85 and put upgears in it. and hoping to hit 65mph which is very doable. but its just no a 2 stroke. im only a fan of 4 strokes when there is 4 or more cylinders. so i went back to 2 stroke. bought this 40qmb for $40 over a year ago. plans for the engine are 70cc big bore w/ported jug. for the rest of this season ill be using a $99 pipe from ebay. thats where ill will start to have it done before this years twist and gone. (i race one of if not the fastest scooter in the midwest. ran a 8.54 @ 74.XXmph in the 1/8). im very thankful to get to race someones else's hard work and money. some pics of that racers. i can post of my time slip if people wana see it. (note my name isnt on the bike) anyways back to my scooter. thats about all i have for you guys for now. more soon.

Do you have a steering stabilizer on that lil rocket? I dig the racing leathers, bomber jacket & Levis. Redneck racing gear, well at least were I'm from. Love it.

my $99 dollar pipe showed up. it doesn't look as bad as i thought. some things im going to change on it. the "U" shaped bend to the silencer is very tight and small dia. ill get a new bigger "u" pipe for it and weld it on. there is also excess metal at the jug side inside the pipe a little ways i can feel it with my finger. does anyone know if the expansion chamber has any restriction material in it?

big thanks to niz76 for the rear wheel. still need to find an axle nut. also anyone know the dimensions for the bolt that goes threw the bar to mount the engine to the frame? or if anyone has one?

Awesome man glad it fit! Weird- I looked at partsforscooters.com and they have the shaft setter rod, but not the big bolt that runs through it... it's not even shown in the parts diagram.
