(Part 1-Carb) 93' cy50. Old 17 mm carb had a oil enrincher port where a hose comes up from the engine into the carb. New oko 24mm does not. Any advice on what to do with the hose coming from the engine will be appreciated?
(Part 2) New metal intake has two ports on the side. Old intake does not. I know it's already been covered somewhere in these threads. Can't find it, are both ports vacuums? Does one go to my petcock? One to my carb somewhere?

The oil hose can be hooked up to one of the ports on the intake since the carb doesn't have an oil inlet. The other would be for the auto petcock if your scoot has one. If there are any unused ports just block them off.

One goes to the vacuum assist petcock the other goes to the pair system. At least that's how it works on 4T's. I've removed my pair system and just sealed off the vacuum port.

Do it like themaj... said. Not sure what you mean by vacuumed into the intake and exhaust exactly. Nothing should be hooked to your exhaust, unless it's a stock emissions setup... but no oil should be plumbed in there.

Thanks for the warm welcome and great advice. Already dialed in. Makes sense since the old carb was mixing oil in it anyway. Further down in the intake wouldnt matter.Wish I could find out how to shrink my picture size to post pics.

Congrats on 5,000+ members BTW! Well deserved!
Photobucket is a good free site to host your pics. It has an "edit" option that I use to shrink darn near every pic. Works great and it's free!

Is a 24mm carburetor to big for a 90cc engine? Currently idLing sporadically lightly. Could that be a vacuum leak? Engine starts fine. Any higher rpms and it dies? Wont even make it two feet.... Air filter hasn't come in the mail yet. Could that have a major effect on everything? Can I tune my carb without it?

I hooked up the oil enricher to the vacuum port on the intake as instructed. Now the mufflers spitting out oil and tons of smoke. Can that much oil be o.k. in the engine? Earlier, you mentioned capping and a pair system. Can you elaborate more on the subject. I just feel like it's getting to much oil.... can I cap both off? The intake and the oil enricher hose?

Most here would probably suggest just going to pre-mix and doing away with the oil injection altogether... That would allow you to cap off both vac ports on the intake-that is assuming the carb has a vac port to be used to open your auto petcock. Switch to manual petcock and you could eliminate all vac lines!
