So I'm installing my BBK and when I get to putting my rocker arms in I notice there's a large gap in them that I didn't notice when disassembling the motor?
My other question is can I use the stock head for the motor with the BBK?

I know this is not your answer but where did you get your BBK?
There are two different lengths of valves for these engines. I'm guessing you had the 69mm valves and your BBK came with the shorter valves.

I thought I had 64mm but I ordered 69mm but my stock valves are higher, I did a simple ebay kit just to see how well it worked.

My other question is can I use the stock head for the motor with the BBK? I am running a stock 39mm head with a 47mm bore and she runs great - I have been VERY with the results I have heard that the stock head raises compression too much with the 50+mm bore kits though.

Well I guess I'll find out soon enough if it'll hold up or not it's supposed to be an 80cc BBK but I believe that usually means it's a 72cc because people lie or I'm hoping in this case they are.

Ok so I finally finished my build bike fired right up, took it for a test run couldn't believe the difference it made. My question now is how hot should this thing get my ride couldn't have been for but 2 or 3 minutes when I got back and checked the plug it made the spark plug socket feel like lava much hotter than I'm use to a motor being is this normal or have I screwed up?

First few runs , eng will get hot , due to friction on new rings etc. Run it easy for a while , making sure no leaks etc. Are present the go for it. Keep eye on engine oil level it will drop quickly untill rings seat.

Man I can't believe the improvement this thing has, it's nice to be able to move with traffic rather than being a slug in the road. I even have to watch how fast I'm going I can officially speed and don't need WOT to do so. Thank you everyone for the help couldn't have done it without all the amazing DIY information on this site.
The only problem I have to diagnose now is when leaving a stop the bike kinda falls on it's face for a second then picks up, where do I need to make adjustments for this? Once the bikes moving no problems never sputters. Also the one time leaving a stop that the bike didn't become anemic I could feel the belt drive spin but not move the bike lol torque probs lol what all do I need to reinforce down there to not get stranded.
