Ok so on my bike that I recently did a BBK on I started having a problem with it today. It ran fine all week I fired it up today went down the road fine got maybe an 1/8 of a mile and it started to sputter and die under throttle the moment I let off though it would go back to an idle and was problem free at idle well I messed with it for a minute and it got progressively worse now the moment I touch the throttle it does almost immediately and then is tough to start but still idles fine? I'm gonna pull the carb apart tomorrow and clean it up but wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions for me?

Said it was an 80cc but I'm assuming it's just a 72cc

sounds like your air-fuel mixture overall is changing drastically.
Could be carb has gotten gummed up Could be some sort of an air leak that is getting bigger quick. could be air filter clogged up.
Basically check everywhere from the gas tank/air filter to the intake on the engine block.

Just throwing another idea at ya: The float level could be off and starving the bowl of fuel. It'll idle fine but when you go to throttle up it uses all the gas and spits and sputters and "cuts out". When holding the carb upside down in your hand, the float should be level. This is a 2T carb, but yours should be similar.
