Well, mine is a Yamaha and I just put in a spark plug, so I dunno what else it might be other than the auto choke system?

Easy way to test the enricher is to pull it out and check it when the scooter hasn't ran for a while. Measure and see how far the plunger sticks out. Put it back in the carb, hook it up, and start the scooter. Let it run a few minutes. Shut it off and repeat the process to measure the plunger. You should be able to see if it's moved, but if not measure it. If it's not moving, it's not working.

Well I have tried all these suggestions but it still is very, very hard to start what did your properly done compression test say?

Well it turned out to be the auto choke/enricher was out...Replaced it and starts easily in the cold now ...usually when I fix something on my scoot something else goes out in a few days, I hope not this time.
