Hey guys so from my carb is a tube that is connected on one end but not the other ? Anyway I spend 10euro to fill up the tank (1.5 gallons) and by the time I get home 6-7k from school their is barely any petrol left in the tank their was a leak in the tank which I sealed up and is good now but theirs like a stream of petrol on the road ? What's going on ? Only a 50cc surely I should be getting like 90k per gallon atleast

The hose is an overflow or bowl drain. It sounds like your float needle isn't sealing and it's draining out the overflow. Sometimes the floats stick and can be adjusted or the float needle needs to be replaced. Floats can also get cracks in them and fill with fuel stopping them from rising and shutting off flow. Your going to need to pull the carb and inspect it.

No. If it's just a matter of adjusting the float it won't cost anything. Parts if you need them and can find them are a few dollars. A new stock carb is probably $20-$25 on eBay.

You'll see all the carb info in the tech section. When you turn the carb upside down the float should be parallel with the base of the carb. If it isn't some can be adjusted by bending a tab when the float is removed. While it's removed shake it and see if there is fuel in it. If there is you'll need a new float. Attached to the float is a needle that slides up a passage. Check the tip of the needle for wear.
