Ok so as most know I've been tuning retuning and retuning again thought I had finally got it there, then I ran out of gas accidentally and the carb pulled up some crap out of the gas tank. So I cleaned out the tank filled several shot glasses with metal. Though the inside of the tank looks fine? Scratching my head on that one. Cleaned the lines fuel pump and carb as well as a new fuel filter. Started it up and it was running like a champ as long as 1/4 throttle was all I needed to ride it's a rocket under 1/4 throttle but anymore than that and it bogs hard until I release the throttle? As far as I can tell everything is as it should be.

I think I left a part out if I hold it at 1/4 throttle or less for a bit then hop on it it'll take off for a second before bogging like the bulb isn't fully filling?

Check the float level in the carb- might not be getting fuel fast enough to supply over 1/4 throttle...

Have you replaced all the Fuel lines. If they deteriorate, it all goes into the Carburetor.

I believe I've found the culprit, I'm not sure exactly what it's called I've seen it called the manifold vacuum? When the throttle spring turns it pushes the needle of this piece down and it's like a pump? The jet inside this piece was clogged I cleaned it up put it back together and just my luck now the engines not getting fuel so when I get back to the house I'm gonna pull the fuel pump apart and see whats up hopefully that small pump on the carb wasy problem and that's why it was running like a dog.

Accelerator pump is what the call it, verify vacume petcock flows gas when you add vacume to vacume port of it. (Dont suck on wrong part or you will drink gas... if fuel filter is bronze type get rid of it for paper or screen type. Once you have good flow to carb. Clean it well , sometimes spray carb cleaner isnt strong enough ,i use bread bag twisties with paper removed to twist through jet holes. Then check for light through them. Just tossing some ideas out there.

So come to find out it's not the carb the fuel pump wasn't feeding enough gas to go faster than 2 miles an hour. All those times taking the carb apart for nothing
