it should run at 3 4 and 5 . you need to get it to run first . How many times has this happened ? What are the guys at the shop doing to get it to run ? Who installed the BBK ?

This has been going on for about month and a half going on two months. The one time I did see him actually working on it I bought him the brand spanking new carburetor he choked it manually and it started right up and died and he started back up and then it died again and then started back up and then he told me ride around and I rode around that it didn't cut off

I can tell you in the cold on my 150 with pod filter and performance exhaust below 50 degrees . My scooter was a hard start . When I put in a larger pilot jet that went away .

When you say 3 and five do you mean .003inch? Or mm?

What ever it is on the feeler gauge I read instructions I found the only settings that said those number whether its inch /mm idk I'll have to get up and check the package to the feeler gauge

Well if you set it at .03 instead of .003 that would create a serious loss of compression.

I would be very unhappy with the shop that installed my BBK and could not make it run. It seems to me they should know what is wrong and make it right for you.

Yes myself I checked spark fuel air I'm not to sure how but I took the air filter off so I would think so I feel it sucking air through the carb compression I should have the mechanic say everything is correct he can't figure out why it does it

Are you getting fuel? There's usually a hose connected to the bottom of your carb bowl that runs down in front of your CVT cover and is secured with one of the CVT cover bolts. Take a standard or flat blade screwdriver and open the valve at the end of the hose. Put something under it to catch the gas. See how much comes out.
