You said you were going to try gas in the "vac line" Which particular line is that. There is one that is between the carb and the head. That would get gas to the cylinder.
Put your new plug on the coil wire, ground it to the engine (not the frame) and check for spark. If you have a good spark then install the plug, put some gas into the vac line and try to start it. Let us know what happens.
How cold is it where you are doing this?

The first time I sprayed starter fluid a puff came out back tried to start second time with petrol no smoke nothing happend

I'm going back to coaching girls volleyball. good luck with your scoot bro. Just curious If compression is the problem what would you do to fix it? Billy , I have been there wet hand and no start . low compression will do that . He is all over the place trying to get this to run too . John

Oh no that basically what I paid for this MF bout to get a ear full right now Cuz if ppl on the net is getting puzzled about what's going on with my bike is crazy Cuz b4 I brought my bike to him it ran like a champ ran so much it didn't cut off that's the main reason I brought it to him then I said while its in the shop let me go ahead and upgrade the cc's so i can get over these NYC bridges just a Lil quicker FML I swear yo omg

You could have a blown engine , no one here has seen your scooter , it's symptoms or other . From what you say , if what you say it true . It's fuel or timing , this us something we need you to figure out .
