Ok so I brought mine House house Chinese 50 cc scooter to my mechanic and he requested for me to bring the camshaft the head and a gasket today when I get there my bike is running but barely the tailpipe had black and white smoke coming out of it it was also backfiring shooting flames when you letting off the throttle it also didn't I will correct it would not idle carburetor idle needle was screwed all the way in and it's still didn't idle the mechanic pulled the spark plug out it was black so I'm guessing it was fouled or it was just getting too much gas cuz it wasn't oily and he also told me with the old head or the BBK head the valve was letting in gas for letting gas out of one of them

John, It sounds to me like it's still "wrong."
"Black and white smoke...backfiring shooting flames...won't idle..."

It really does. This poor guy has had a fit with his scoot and it still isn't running right. He paid a shop to put his BBK on for him and they can"t seem to make it run.

It was a bad valve in one of the heads so I requested for a new head from the seller of the BBK kit and the mechanic installed it and she started right up no problems we will see tomorrow if it starts right up on a cold start I wrote it today over the bridge it was traffic so I couldn't go so fast to see if it was going to bog down or die on me. For all I know she sounds good starts up fine

Its not the clutch , its gearing .

The clutch should only be the major factor in initial launch... say 0-10MPH or little faster. Aftermarket clutch springs will get a strong takeoff out of most. Rollers/sliders, variator, and torque driver would be the CVT bits working at the speeds you or the mechanic mentioned.

OK so omw home going over the bridge I gave it wot it was going good until going down the bridge it started to lose power then it slowed down to about 5mph then I'll hit the throttle it'll rev then stop I'll hit the throttle again same thing I'll hit the throttle one more time and it started to go and then it picked up and start to do it again I let off the throttle a little and it stop bogging down by that time it was time to exit off on the street I don't experience that problem Cuz I don't go high speed often. What would you guys see this problem being?

A lean bog maybe? Did they upjet the carb? Just an idea..

Next ride let it warm up at least 3minutes. Run it only half throttle leaving the parking lot or end of the block. Then wrap WOT If it gets up good then starts to bog at the high end of revs throttle back 1/4 throttle. If when holding 3/4 it corrects its self and running good you're lean. Bbk they should up jetted the carb. You paid a "Mechanic" to install the bbk then he should damn well know it needs to be jetted. If when you wrap it full throttle and it starts bogging low to mid revs then correcting itself as it grains high mids to highs the you're running rich. This could be several things but I'd check the air filter first. If your "Mechanic" did not up jet your scoot then he didn't install your bbk correctly. At this point IMO I'd be getting my money back then taking the "Mechanic" out the alley to show him the difference in a Open End Adjustable Wrench and a half inch drive Torque Wrench.

Williams Burg Bridge ? your flattening out the springs . 50cc are too slim for the bridges . I do it on my 150cc and that is slim too . Even the 250 I get passed when there is no volume/traffic . Keep in mind your climbing up the bridge wot if your lean (I bet you are) your heating things up . Once you hit the cress and hold it going down . The engine is hitting its max RPM it will break , let up a little . If your doing 35mph your good enough . I don't think your leagal to be on the bridge so don't break down on it .
