Welcome! We may need more details to help ya out, but let's start with the obvious basics- kickstand up? A lot of these newer scoots have a kill switch in the side kickstand. Pulling in the brake lever? There's safety switches in the brake levers that won't allow e-start unless brake handle is pulled in....

Welcome to the forum!
A bad fuse is the most common cause for what you describe. For whatever reason you aren't getting battery power into the harness if the electric starter, horn, turn signals, and brake light don't work with the key on and engine off. The headlights and running lights and other stuff may work with the scooter running, because the scooter supplies it's own AC power for those things when the engine is on. Another possibility is the ignition switch is not operating as it should. You'd have to use a multimeter or test light to see if you get power into the switch when off and into and out of the ignition switch when turned to on/run. Check the fuse first though and if it's only the e-start that's not working do the things niz suggested, holding the brake levers and making sure the kick stand is up when trying to start.

I have not ran out yet. It now has 20 ish miles on it. If the tank is that small I have some huge problems. Does anyone know if u can change the dash to MPh with the speedo ( Yes I know it's under the kph) and the odometer I would like to change.

I have a 2014 Taotao ATM50 and it has no side stand safety switch. Billy They either ran out of them or the dealer you bought it from didn't install it. If pull your floorboard you should see a connector with a white wire with a black or brown stripe and a green wire. I that's where it connects if installed.

I got mine in the crate. There may be a switch that either was not connected or I failed to connect. I will check it out and let you know. I don't want it connected either way. Just curious. There is an unused plug in the area behind the battery box under the floor.
I want to disable the brake lever switch so I can start it without holding the brake too. I find that annoying.

Billy Mrx2002 just did that. He posted in his thread that he bypassed the brake switch. Maybe he would share how he did it.
