I still don't know what to properly call those. Guides, slides, bushings... thingies. Regardless, if you need replacements for those they are the same as 139QMB stock variators use. I break them constantly if I open the variator far because then they don't get much support from the pins or whatever on the variator. They break on the 90s for me even when not pushing the vari to it's limits, but not nearly as quickly. I have tried DrPulley slides but the ones I've used required filing to fit and still didn't last in variators that open far. Someone else did or was going to try Malossi slides from the Multivar this is cloned from, but I don't recall hearing results. For me the surefire way to stop these from breaking is to go with something like the OR vari that has huge bushings and long pins/guides. So far I haven't broken one in thousands of miles. It's a shame more standard variators don't upgrade that area a bit more.

Thanks for the info. I'll make sure to order a few. I'm heavy handed on the throttle. So I guess I should. The guides are so small on the Hoca otherwise I'm a big fan. I'd love to install an overrange but I am old and spoiled with bad knees. Give me a starter any day.
