Would you recommend any fuel additives such as octane booster to better performance?

-if you have spark knock/preignition, octane booster will help to relieve it.
-if you want to advance your timing a bit which may give a _small_ increase in performance, octane booster may then be required to avoid spark knock. if you go this route and tune it so it needs 100 octane to not knock, then youll always need octane booster, or youll be slowly tearing up your engine while it runs like crap a lot of the time.
-octane booster on its own won't provide any more power. it just raises the amount of pressure and temp needed for fuel to autoignite, and makes it burn slower.

If you have a 2t ethanal fuel is a bad idea.Alcohol and oil don't mix.You can research stations in your area which sell non ethanol fuel.Hard to find here in Iowa we produce more ethanol than any state.Lucas octane booster is the only one I can find which doesn't contain alcohol. That's what I run.No pinging no problem on pump gas but with a BBK need the booster.
