My mechanic told me that I am starting my scooter wrong way. I open full chocker, and give around half throttle. How it should be done? no throttle at all? Is because of that it floods the engine with gas and smokes after?

FIXED IT RIGHT THE P&$$Y!!! The petcock wasn't working properly so it was constantly sending fuel (even when the engine parts aren't moving) thus flooding everything in the way including getting fuel in the vacuum line! Replaced the petcock, took the spark plug out, blew pressurized air inside while using the electric starter to unclog it. Now starts with a short buzz of the starter without applying throttle!!! Hope its something as straight forward as that for you too t2no

If you know it's flooding, using the choke to supply additional fuel is a bad idea.
