Very frustrated right now, I had scoot running, drove around on it. Then got home to play with main jet sizes, now no gas is getting to the carb. Brand new lines, filter, and fuel petcock. Wtf! ??

Recheck the float operation to make sure it's smooth. None of the new vac lines got pinched/cut anywhere? Fuel cap off make any difference in whether or not it moves fuel?

I was gonna check the float operation today after work, didnt have time this morning to disconnect carb and check, and ill try the gas cap off. I know I usually tighten it all the way down as tight as itll go, and recently learned that it needs some kind of air to help the suction. Ill play with those 2 things today at work. Thanks Brent!!
Vacuum and fuel lines were new'ish and no pinching of them was done.

Ok this blow. When I suck on the vacuum line hose, gas squirts out of the petcock. But when I connect it to the carb, tried 2 different carbs and cleaned them both pretty good, it doesnt flow gas. Something else I should try?

You mean you connected fuel line to the carb and when you suck on the vacuum line you don't see fuel running through there?
I would just scrap the vacuum petcock and get a manual.

When I connected the vacuum line to carb it wouldnt flow gas. Now it is, I changed lines back to old, and found out I had the fuel filter backwards, was drunk last time I worked on scoot lol. But still not starting even though gas flowing, I have spark, and compression is good.

spray starter fluid in the intake while using the electric start, if it tries to start and ignites the starter fluid, you have a problem somewhere with your carb.

Went inside to put battery on charger, and was gonna walk to store for beer. Found a longboard in my apartment, so rode up to store. Checked for starter fluid, baam they had a can. Sprayed it in the airbox, after a few kicks it fired up. What shall I do next

so the problem is with the carb not supplying fuel/air then. is gas filling the carb bowl? are any jets blocked with anything? gonna have to inspect the carb.

Its been running for about 5 minutes now. Steady flow of 2 stroke smoke out the muffler, and a slow steady drip of fuel out of the float drain.

I did just change the jet before reading this. I had a 90 in it and went down to an 85. I did move the needle clip from the middle slot, to +1 up. Will change that back to the middle now and come back with a response!!
