I thought about the bread technique, but I was a little nervous about pounding on an aluminum case like that. Has it failed for you vlatx?

It works like a charm for me,put the case on some soft blanket od something.

I'll probably end up doing the bread technique. The 103cc build is on hold for a few weeks. We have a moped run memorial day weekend, so I got to get the bike back together before then. I'll just throw the 70cc back in, for that run, then its on. I'll haver a daily driver while I build the full stroker.

COOL!And you can eat it too!!The tree huggers oughta like this... Really though,its a great idea,,the old school method used grease,but it would only work if tolerances were close,,the bread will take up the slack,great idea!!
