I have this CPI Oliver at work. 2T Minareli powered. The muffler can baffles have broken free and it rattles really bad. Can't seem to find another stock pipe and the guy doesn't wanna sped $120 on a "performance" pipe so I told him maybe we could cut it open and remove the baffles or have them welded back in and then weld it back up.
Would removing them be okay? Will it make is run funny?

If the guy in Brent's post sells all the scrambler parts he has listed he will make a fortune off one bike. Billy

I cut my stock exhaust open to gut the catalytic converter and baffles... boy was it a major pita! I envisioned just easily cutting it into two and rewelding but wow there's a lot of tack welds etc. in there that made it really difficult and time consuming... just a forewarning that it might turn into a nightmare! lol
