This information was provided by 190mech. OK its fixed,Put it in V blocks and it was sooo far out I went ahead and started hammering before I took measurements. After the first round I had .22mm,waaay off still; 2 more good sessions with the big chisel and hammer got it to .04mm(GOOD!) Here are the secret crankshaft adjusting tools; Warmed up the bearing in the small case half with my antique Wanger heat gun till the grease started smoking, then dropped the crank in; Slathered some Ultra Gray silicone on the little half and heated the bearing in the big half, more smoke, slid the halves together and got the bolts snugged down; Here is a side by side of a Mina(top) and the Kymco crank, not as much extra length on the drive side as I thought... I think a bearing got cocked during the press installation and thats when the crank got squeezed. It takes very little force to squeeze or spread a crank(takes a heck of a lot for twist!),only some light raps with the hammer on the chisel each session was enough to bring it back.Even big motorcycle cranks are this way, thats why I say to treat a crank verrry carefully! homepage.ntlworld.com/david.gibbison/v-tec/Files/Alphacrankreconditioning.pdf
