Ok I'll go buy a new belt today to eliminate that problem. I'll try to clean out all that crap in there too.

Well that didnt seem to solve anything.. While I was in there I replaced the weights even though the old ones didnt have any flat spots or anything. But I noticed that the clutch was really hard to pull towards me.. didnt seem normal to me.

Sorry for the lack of info.. I got it back together and it fired right up after tearing down the motor. On the kickstand it looked to be running great, you could see and hear it going into that higher gear. But once I got on it and gave it full throttle there was no take off. (again no bogging) I just don't think its hitting that higher gear.. is it the clutch slipping? I haven't taken the clutch off yet but it doesn't looked warped or anything. What am I missing here?

I'd clean and inspect the entire CVT. That's usually one of my first go-tos, especially when I see lots of belt dust. Even if it doesn't cure the problem, it's a good maintenance procedure. Tiny little things can cause problems in the CVT. www.youtube.com/watch?v=2EjW-iSP-Q8If the clutch is slipping it should be revving high.
