Has the torque driver been serviced lately?Could be sticking and failing to get full travel when heating up..

Yes, of course and again, thank you and 190mecn and Niz for sticking to the thread.
1. replaced both piston rings with another Malossi rings. 2. Sprayed a can of brake cleaner and carb cleaner into exhaust also used a wire rope to decarbonize.
3. Champhered the exhaust port on the Cylinder 4. Replaced stock reeds with a yamaha 125cc reed (I cut it to size)
5. Checked the ports of the jets in the carb and also the float 6. Sprayed PB blaster to the variator because I kept getting yellow gunk that makes it kinda stick and not rotate as smoothly.
7. Replaced the 3 triangular plastic on the variator plate and New belt. 8. Still using all 6 Gram rollers. (some have little flat spots) 9. Changed to new spark plug. Switching between BR9HS and BR8HSA
10. Old air filter changed to new one and it was washed with dawn and carb cleaner
11. Put some honda molly grease on the variator and checked the torque driver (it goes up and down very smoothly and no gunk)
NOTE: Bike will lose tremendous amount of power and speed up hill (20-25mph) and on down hill, can't even get past 40mph. -----
I don't know about the torque driver and what it actually is, but I did send the bike to sportique 1 month ago and they said they deglazed the clutch but never mentioned anything about torque driver.

Thank you, I'll check that out in a few here. PS: how can you check if the piston needs replacement itself? (I don't have a compression tester, need to borrow one again)

shine a light on it and see if you see any abnormalties. any little scratches or marks will cause it to seal less and less and therefore less PSI

I got a tiny scratch on the crown when I tried to install the piston ring. about 2mm.
Maybe I'll just go get a new BBK kit -_-

I dont think one scratch will do it if it isn't very deep...

So the piston head doesn't look as bad as any of the photos in that link, just the blow by which I already fixed by replacing the rings.
I also checked the Torque driver and it slides up and down smoothly, no gunk whatsoever. Contra and torque springs (specially the red torque springs) seem to be in good condition... because it's still a pain in the butt to put the clutch assembly back together.
Could a muffler packing that's really black BUT still have a full opening at the end of the muffler cause richness like this?

As long as the muffler core is open,it 'shouldnt' affect the jetting..

Often if it runs well when it first starts it's rich or springs are fading with heat. The engine needs more fuel till it warms up, which doesn't take too long if you run it hard. If it's tuned rich that may make it run stronger at first. If springs are fading, you should notice an RPM change. Clutch springs shouldn't change your speed, but the contra spring could. Can you give us a more detailed updated list of exactly what you've done now? It may be helpful to know where you're at. This stuff gets tough to diagnose online and more so if we aren't certain of details.
