Hi guys. I have more problems... So let's first show off my setup:
LeoVince ZX exhaust Stage 6 Sport PRO variator Malossi 7.5g roller weights Stage 6 medium contra spring Malossi carbon reed valve Polini gear up (i dont know what ratio it is, one sprocket inside says POLINI on it.)
So basically my problem is that my scooter accelerates fine until 50-60kph and after that it accelerates slowly to 78kph max. It also seems that it goes better with 1/2 or 3/4 throttle than WOT.
What could be my problem? Could i try my stock contra spring, maybe its too stiff?
Another guess from me, my belt rises almost to the top of the variator, maybe 4mm left and it still wont go over 70kph. Maybe the clutch is slipping while driving and causing it to accelerate slow. Also when going uphill WOT the rpms almost never change, its like the clutch is slipping. Belt is brand new, maybe needs some break in?
Any help is welcome!

The stiffer contra spring could be holding you back. You are probably in your power band around the 3/4 throttle area and when you go WOT it takes you out of that band. Check your RPMs when you are at 3/4 throttle, then tune your variator/contra spring so that you are staying in the power band.

I reinstalled the factory contra and it didnt make any improvement. I tried to seat my belt to the bottom of the rear pulley and it seems like cant get to the bottom, maybe because my belt is a littlw bit broader from factory

Make sure the torque driver behind the clutch is not sticking. Sometimes the wear a groove where the pins ride in the curved slots.

Try to squeeze the clutch pulley outward where the belt rides. This will tell you if there is more travel available.

50 or 70cc? But like derbiman said, check your rear pulley (TD). It's always a good idea to pull those apart every once in a while anyway.

I also tried pulling the variator and fan together and when i put the belt on top, it rides on the very top, so this side is ok.

And should every properly set up scooter get the belt to the top of the variator?

Your weights are WAY to heavy. With the Leo Vince pipe you should be running 4 to 4.5 gram weights and yellow clutch springs. I'd imagine that scoot takes off pretty slow.
And yes, the belt riding to the top of the variator is a good thing.

Is the belt all the way up on the rear pulley when the engine is not running?

Stock rollers are 9g and my Stage 6 variator came with 10g. Do performance variators require heavier rollers? And could i mix 3x6g and 3x7.5g to get 6.75? Takeoff isn't really bad at all.

Is the belt all the way up on the rear pulley when the engine is not running? I'd say it's a couple of mm's down in. If i put it on the rear pulley only it's at the top but as soon as i put it on the variator bushing it goes a bit in. It was always like this, idk why. Also it looks like my belt never really came to the top of the variator, the variator has a light color circle on it where the belt hasn't been.

I don't know why I assumed that you had a Minarelli motor? What weights came with the Leo Vince pipe that you have on it? They usually come with weights. I've had Leo's for 3 different models and they all came with weights. The weights were spot on even for stock and 70cc bbk.
Btw, the Zuma's are 6 gram stock and Leo Vince ships 4.5 gram weights and the yellow springs. So you go down in weight to get the motor in the pipes powerband.

I think it came with 6.7g rollers. If my math is correct, i should get 6.75g if i mix 3x7.5g and 3x6g rollers. Right? And also, do these variators usually require heavier rollers?

They require different size rollers. And I don't know what size yours takes so I can't say. I would definitely suggest getting some tuning rollers because they make life so much easier. The Stage6 ones are really good and last almost as long as a regular roller. So you can find out the correct weight, and they'll last a fairly long time.
