I have a 50cc scooter with a 100c big bore kit. My scooter was originaly had 69mm valves and the kit came with 64mm valves and arms. When i first got the kit the arms fitted perfectly and now they don't fit. i got new arms and again they diddnt fit. What can i do to fix this?

Welcome to the forum.
I'm not sure quite how they would change and suddenly not fit. What exactly is the issue? Pics?

It looks like the wrong arms.

Use the side of the head as a reference. One valve is way closer to the side. You said they worked at first and now they don't, so are you saying that the first pic was when they were installed and the second is how they looked later with no changes or is the second pic a new head and/or new rockers.

No they are both from the same time. I didn't have the valves adjusted correctly could that of messed something up?

The rocker assy. has "EX" marked on it. That is the side that goes toward the exhaust manifold. If yours is installed upside down then that may be the issue. Just throwing out ideas.

No it is installed correctly. I did loose one of the spacers that got on before the rocker(I took off the other one). Could it be the spacers?

Yes that's the issue. Those aren't spacers. They are called "locating dowels" Their job is to align the rcker assy on the head. With both dowels missing the rocker assy is off center. Put the one dowel you have on there and then make sure the tappets are aligned perfectly as you re-tighten the head nuts. Once tight the rocker assy. should stay put but I advise you to order another dowel and install it asap. www.scooterpartscatalog.com/qmb139-dowel-pin-151-99.html

I used another dowel from near the piston and put them both on and they both still look the same as the picture I took.

I diddnt have the valves adjusted correctly when i first tried to start it could that of messed up the valve? I put the spacers on the old 69mm head and it fit so I think i did mess up the 64mm head somehow.

Well I have seen folks run an engine without the dowel pins (spacers as you call them) The rocker assembly was improperly aligned and it bent a valve stem. The rocker arms are cast metal and will break before they bend. So ya couldn't have bent a rocker arm I would not think..

Could be a bent valve stem. If you remove the valve you should be able to see any bend with the naked eye or you could roll it on a flat surface and look for the wobble.
