The most common ones customers like and it is cheaper than a stock one is..the NCY pulley. It uses the stock faceplate from your old variator..yet produces like those 4-5 times its price. AND it is NCY..Here is a link to it..watch..it is cheaper than stock. Here is a pic of it and pic of stock.. Look at the gradual ramp curve and lower roller weight stops at the end. As my first post ya read said..you get more travel and not abrupt steep ramps..they are more progressive. So here are 2 pics..compare the 2. First pic is stock..second is the NCY. See the major difference in them?? Click on pics to enlarge! Here are 2 links to the NCY..Enviromoto price includes shipping..monsterscooterparts is a bit more plus they charge shipping. Enviromoto was out of stock today..but Jeremy told me more were coming in a week.. enviromoto.ecrater.com/p/4703345/ncy-performance-variator-gy6-50www.monsterscooterparts.com/variator-pulley-50cc-gy6-qmb139-engines-ncy.html

First off, I would stop riding the scooter. Then I would get an impact wrench and take the belt and pulleys off and inspect the entire works so you know what's wrong before you order parts.

Hmm..guess I did not read everything..was under the assumption CVT system..belt etc had been removed and looked at. But also with no tools to take old CVT off..ya can't put a new one on either..

I liked 4.5's in my stock 50cc scooter cause I am 225 and I lived in hilly country. They were a bit light so I lost a few MPH on the top end but it took off quick and climbed hills better.

Yup you are right..that CVT weight will work for everybody..Currently building a shrine in your name..man I would love it if I was always right like you.. Bonatki anameyii asocha tayotani adabeka didi goshana iitema lologatamik ishi mya .. <-- If we always honor those that must be right we shall become one such as them...however I wish to be as you are.I wish to be an expert at everything mush as you are. Hyasoni abesimii cocatakta yayeminii aboso detonabilik gogo deyateka sese amoy. <- When I read back on all your posts..I see one thing and that is which you argue you are right and they are wrong with what they post. You are a God.

Understanding this prob will be trial and error is it safe to assume going down 1 gram a good place to start? Any opinion on the dog orange sliders?

Going lighter by 6 grams is definitely going to bring the revs up and delay the onset of that mid range "shift" you feel around 15-20 mph but it may not be enough. Do you have a gram scale so you can see how heavy the ones you have in there are?
