I have a 2007 keeway fact. It's got a 70cc big bore kit. My exhaust is a leo Vince GP 2 stroke exhaust. I ended up getting a leak on the exhaust and now my ped won't stay running. I have a brand new 150cc moped exhaust, if it fits my moped will that help or worsen my engine? Top speed, idle, etc

I'd imagine if you can get the 150 pipe to fit it will work like a lot of 2T stock exhausts, but not as well as the Leo Vince.

Would it matter if the 150 exhaust is a 4stroke exhaust?

2T and 4T stock pipes are often quite similar. Many use the same muffler with just different headers to work with the specific engine. If you want a performance pipe though, it need to be 2T specific to get much out of it. When you start dealing with tuned pipes, you can't just bolt any pipe to any engine combo either. You need one designed to work in the right RPM range.
