The best feeling in the world when you get everything right. Even though it cost some extra cash,it was well worth it.

Yep it is certainly pretty sweet to be able to go as it should. I too like to tinker with my setup. The only issue we have over here in New Zealand is that our weather is really changable and swings from hot to cold and everything in between. This plays merry hell with jetting and keeping things in the optimal tune is hard work. Most dudes find a summer main jet and a winter main jet but it still can be hit and miss. I'm super tempted to give this a go: www.ecotrons.com/products/2_stroke_small_engine_fuel_injection_kit/Looks pretty sweet but I may have to wait for the doller exchange rate to get better me thinks! This looks like it would solve all the tuning issues but it would be murder on O2 sensors. I've gone through 2 EGT probes on another bike, they dont like hot 2 stroke oil vapour at all! Anyone used this kit on here?

Thanks jmkjr72, Good to know.
Yea that seems to be the main pain that people who have done this conversion whinge about.
I replaced my entire lighting system on this project scoot with LED's and even found that by doing that my battery charged better when riding and lasted longer. I've taken to also putting my scoot on a solar powered battery maintainer when I dont use it much and that has helped also. Those little batteries do not like having the guts sucked out of them. They just dont recover.

The original battery only lasted for the first summer on my scooter, so i bought this and removed the kickstart.

Bahaha!Classic Katastroff.
Dunno if I can justify the extra weight though personally. Maybe if I loose 10kg then it will all break even! Not likely! I like my food!!!
