So I just recently put a 63MM BBK kit on my scoot, she runs perfectly other than when I'm at a full stop and give it WOT, it sounds like it hesitates/bogs down.
Would a bigger main jet help this?
I have a jet kit coming in sometime next week.

If it runs great 3/4 to WOT, the main jet should not be the cause. Try changing your needle setting.

The problem only happens when I'm at a full stop and then I suddenly give it WOT.

Is it a drag racing build or a regular street scooter?

I have a 150cc also, i've learn not to do that since its my main ride and i dont want it to break down due to to much stress on take offs. Its a carburator scooter, it needs time to suck up the fuel when you go from iddle to WOT. Most people can eat a 6 inches sub from subway. Its just not everyone who can have the whole thing shoved in their mouth all at once. You might want to look at a bigger carb.

Upjetted to a 90, original was an 82, seems to have fixed it.

180cc with a 90 main jet?
Do you still have the stock airbox? I got a 150cc with free flow filter and i run a 120 main jet.
