hello folks.. i have been working on this problem for a longtime ( 3 or 4 months at least).. the problem i am having are the gears in the transmission..i made a video so you can see what i mean. www.youtube.com/watch?v=yxsPvpzeJdcso now you can see/hear that something is not ok.. i changed all the gears.. and all bearings and oil seals two times.. so that i eliminated the problem with maybe a new faulty bearing.. i changed the clutch wrist pin bearing and cvt cover bearing.. i putt in the 85-90oil it was the same i put in regular 10-40 oil the same.. everything i have done its the same.. all three gears are new in the engine and the old gears are looking fine.. i would post a picture butt somehow i cant.. guys please help me im stuck.. i just dont know what to do anymore..

Are these stock or aftermarket gears?
Some aftermarket gears are noisy, some (I think its the Malossi gears) make a turbo like sound when you take off.

Was it making noise before you put gears in it? If so, I'm wondering if there isn't a problem with the case or the gear cover?

It definetly sounds like gears. Have you check to see if your rim is rubbing against the case at all.

Any oil in that gearbox? Kinda sounds like the old pencil sharpeners in school.

They are new oem stock gears.. I have changed the whole cvt cover aswell.. I put in 105cc 85-90 oil in it.. And yes it was making the same noise before i putt in these new gears.. I checked the rim and it doesnt grind with the cover.. The gears are making a turbo like sound when i take off.. Then they quiet down a little but you can still hear them.. Anymore suggestions? Please.. I cant even sell this thing in this working condition.. Acutaly i dont want to sell it because of my endless working hours i putt in it...

The grooves in the gears are they parallel to the shaft or they have a bit of an angle? Gears with straight groove will do a turbo sound.

How does it run?
Does it only do the "turbo" sound?

I think so. But you can still hear them at any speed.. At around 25-30kmh it does that loud turbo sound.. today i made 40kilometers because i thought gears will need some breaking in.. Butt its the same or worse i dont know if that is just my mind playing tricks on me.. Is there a possibility that the whole case is ruined.. My clutch shaft has a little play i dont know how or why.. Bearing has no play whatsoever on the cvt cover neither in the case..

The clutch shaft has about 1-2mm play at the end.. So did the old shaft.. Im exausted.. At least there are no more strange vibrations when i ride.. Before with the old gears there was sometime a atrange wobling vibration.. Butt at least thats gone i think..

Does the shaft fit tight in the cvt bearing?8mm ID bearing I believe ? Do you have metal in your oil when you drained it?? Do you have metal now??

Yes the shaft goes wery hard in the cvt cover bearing.. I help getting it in with rotating the tyre.. No no metal particles were in the oil.. Today after my trip i didnt changed the oil.. Should i?..
