Heres a pic of a new plug with about 10 miles on it . I increased my oil flow for my bbk as recommended and I don't know if its too much? Seems to be oil down where mixture ring is. Any advice?

It looks like you've cleaned it?
And I'm dying to ask, why the plumbers tape?

If its a 4 stroke it looks rich. If its a 2 stroke I am not sure to be honest. I don't know what 2 stroke plugs should look like since they mix oil. Only time I ever pulled one on a two stroke was on a snowmobile and that was after it was fouled already. My 72 snowjet used to eat plugs, had to keep a few with you in case it died while riding it.

Teflon tape?

The Teflon plumbers tape was a suggestion someone told me on my thread about my stripped spark plug hole. I've stripped two in the last few months and heard that it's been used on aluminum heads for a long time. I'll see how it works. But as for color on plug, what do you guys think? It shouldn't be oily down in the plug, should it?

Injected or premix?

That was probably (maybe) me with the teflon tape suggestion. It works better than never seize and I have used this method on every vehicle I have owned and never (crossing fingers here) have striped out a spark plug thread since. It seals very well and even if the plug has been in an aluminum head for 10 years, it will come out with no problems. I use it on cast iron heads, aluminum, anything. I learned this trick from a hot rod mechanic back in the 1960's. (Late 60's)

I'm still running the oil injection right now and have adjusted the oil pump up a little after putting my bbk on.

My plugs are never oily deep in there where the mixture ring is, but if it's not smoking excessively or poorly performing you should be OK.
