Hello, so recently I just changed my exhaust from 360 PM tuning to Stage6 Pro Replica, first of all I lost my all speed, attraction and etc.. Is it normal thing? And I wanted to ask what should I do?

Have you re-tuned the carb and CVT with the new exhaust?

The 12mm carb is extremely restricting your air flow. It's like trying to breath with a stuffy nose. You can't get enough air.

I agree with the carb being too small. You must consider your engines needs. I'm guessing you were running a stock carb with a 70cc kit and stock pipe, prior to your new exhaust?? The 70cc can flow much more air but only if the carb can bring more air in, and only if the exhaust can expel that larger volume of air. So what your running into now, is that your bike is not getting enough air into the engine. I would suggest at least a 14-15mm carb, and that ONLY if your an expert carburetor tuning wiz. Otherwise grab a dellorto re PHBG replica for $30-40 and port out your stock intake runner, and you'll be good. An 18mm is in my opinion the best compromise in carb sizing. When you jump up to 20mm 21, 22 etc you have to jet very very lean or your just wasting gas and performance. You can get a 17mm if you ever think you might want to go back to 50cc again.

I removed the restrictions from the pipe, yeah ill definitely buy 18 or 19mm carb. Btw it was an Low end i think pipe PM tuning 360. Thank you for help i really appreciate it. A full de restriction usually includes: removal of gasket/spacer or sometimes a cone in the exhaust down pipe near the flange, removal of the washer behind the drive boss in the Variator or some have a ridge that must be ground down or new boss installed. Most CDI aren't speed restricted but are rev limited you might want to replace yours. Many carburetors now n days are factory sealed which prevents tuning, unseal it or replace it (is better). If all of this has not been addressed, then your bike is still restricted at some capacity. This will lead to undesired and in some cases worse performance when aftermarket performance parts are added. The absolute biggest hurdle to overcome is higher speed. You can make a scoot accelerate and scream like a banshee, but it will soon run out of gearing. (where my bike build is currently). To beat this you must get an upgear set. If I were you I would go back through your bike and re check that all restrictions have been removed. Brent has several vids on just about all of this, located in the tech section. Once your done, then your mods will be better appreciated and noticeable.

Im 99% percent sure that theres no restrictions left in my scooter because my scooter with the previous exhaust was crazy, I went 100 km/h per 40~ or so seconds, the attraction was good, I changed my exhaust and everything went down. Btw there was a cone at the end of a pipe so i removed it. I think the biggest problem here is 12mm stock carb, next week i will get a Dellorto 19mm PHBG carb and we will see how it goes.

If you changed your exhaust, you need to retune your carb accordingly.
What 70cc kit do you have on your scooter?
