That's definitely a DC cdi in the E-ton. What are your voltage readings from the pickup coil?

Pick up coil?? But if its dc shouldnt there be only one wire? In the 2 prong? Section.. And i also read a dc needs a battery but i had it running with out a battery. See my confusion??

The blue wire with a stripe (white?) is your pickup coil wire. Negative lead from tester goes to ground and positive to the blue wire. I'm pretty sure it's AC voltage for the pickup coil.
And you have me stumped on how you had an 01 E-ton beemer running with no battery. I'd swear that it's a DC cdi.

The blue wire coming from the stator im getting the volt light on ... The only issue i had was when u hit full throttle it would bog out so i got a new carb but now i have a spark issue

I just looked to see if there is a manual here, and I don't see one. Maybe someone else will know more? I've worked on two beemers and both had DC cdi's.
Oh, I think that there is a switch in the kickstand! It's been a few years so I really can't remember if it was that scoot that has one?

Yea both way it starts up both ways it would bog.. But i just know i lost spark but if im getting the volt light at the wires for the ignition coil with a new coil shouldnt spark?

Could be a faulty coil. I've seen it happen.

Then you'll need to get a multi-meter to figure out what's going on. A test light will not give you your answers. I'm pretty sure that someone else here will also give you the values that you are looking for, because off the top of my head, I do not know them. Sorry that i can't be of more help.
