Was thinking of buying a 2t come spring time but not really wanting to shell out the money for a new scoot. I have a 50cc I'm storage that came off of my frame(I bought it to put my already built 72cc on). Decided to rebuild it with a bbk come spring but on a budget build lol. Not sure if I should go back to 47mm or if it's worth the little extra money to go bigger. I have a performance coil, carb and variator plus a performance bell housing. I have a performance clutch and spring and I believe it has a contra spring upgrade to but I took it off as I didn't like the setup after I got it originally. Any help is appreciated!

Keep a search on cl etc for a used 2t and do like niz does and end up with a nice bike on n the cheep. I bought my Zuma new got the Eton when my father in nn law passed and picked up 2 triton clones one ran for 350 one for parts at 150. Got paper on both and fixed the parts bike. A friend got 3 from a scooter rental for 100 and rubbed one togather with enough parts to build a second

You can use either valve length as long as you have the matching rocker assembly. The 50mm kits are very hard on stock cranks

Get a 47mm bbk. I feel not to much differance between a 47mm and 52mm. The NCY big valve head has 64mm length valves, and my stock 50cc kymco head 69mm. But i used the stock Rocker assembly without any problems. moofus02 yes i busted my crank with the 52mm so good. I spun a connecting rod bearing and some crankbearings. 2 times within 2 months.
