well i went home no my lunch break and got it to start and stay idling by messing a bit with the AFR screw and the throttle screw.. so now it stays on but it will only turn on with the kickstart and not the push button.. i noticed that there is a bigger spark when i kick and when i press the button its very small comparably. I already changed the CDI, Spark plug with a NGK iridium, and carb. so i havent changed the ignition wire could that be it to??also thanks i will be getting a filter and a jet kit.. i dont think i need a new needle since its a "20mm " carb from o2starrider on ebay so its adjustable. or am i wrong? Suspect charge state of battery. Add parallel capacity (jump) or try with 10 A charger attached.

Seems to me that if kick starting always starts the scoot then suspected coil wire is not the problem. Definitely replace it if it is visibly flawed since that means it will go bad soon anyway whether it works ok now or not.

Actually guys i got it running even with all the intake taken off A scooter won't run without the intake. You took the air filter off. That's not the intake. The intake is the rubber elbow piece the carb shoves into. That's where air/fuel is sucked into the cylinder hence the term "intake". That's why I said you must have a vacuum leak cause the intake elbows do crack/break sometimes.
