Im coming from Latvia, in my country scooter licenses can get from 14 years..
I am 16 .  My first scooter was 4t znen wacky (chines shit ) But in this year i got my dreams YAMAHA AEROX
And yea in my country many guys riding with tunned scooter like ( streetraces, dr.evo's, high ends >_<)
Police vs scooter in latvia are neutral. In my CITY people maked a new rulle RULE - If you do wheelie with bike or scooter u can get ticket from 200eur to 250.. that was crazy but in other cities police dont watch on it.. ;(

Wheelies and Scooter driving seems to be a national sport there.

Coming with video from April, when my friend had Yamaha Aerox r/t 70cc.
Max speed ~130kmh or a bit more.
And yea there will be crazy ride in city... >_<
