Thanks for your guys responses i have changed to a 95 jet it runs better but still feels "flat" I belive the rings are worn so I will perform a compression check if your rings are worn you should go for the 80cc Bbk (72cc). You can pick up a decent one for not alot more than a set of good made in Taiwan rings. You'd be happier and since it would be the same amount of work..... And you already have the cam and good carb you'd be good to go. Like gsx600racer said use the stock head and save a little cash to use on a jet kit. My daily driver has a 72cc kit with an a9, stock head, 19mm carb, 95 main, ncy golden pulley, aluminum drive face 1k contra 2k clutch springs in a stock kymco clutch with lightened bell, 4g rollers, blue cdi, kymco stock coil and its pretty sweet

I bought a bbk kit and a perfomance clutch that has been lightend. It has 1.5k contra and whatever the red clutch springs are. But the head that came with kit seems to be the same as stock. It is not very well machined but excpected from china. Came with 8g weights that seems a little heavy.

Can't wait to hear how that works for you. I'm disabled and sit at home reading this site all day and love to see new builds. Good luck

i blow my first 2 bbk 50mm due to high compression and crazy mode break in lol....Im having great success now, now im past 2k no problem wot all the time. I switch to the 50mm head but found i lost more compression than i want. so now im running a 47mm design head with the 50mm kit and a a9 cam, installed a homemade catch can, with a easy break in finally and does great. for me installing the a9 cam took a little tweaking also my timing marks seemed to be off 9 degrees so after trial and error i think im dialed in pretty good. 55 top speed flat/45 decent hills/wind doesn't seem to effect speed unless its crazy storm wind. One thing i've noticed is at take off 1/2 throttle is where i think im seeing the a9 difference alot more throttle response. just my experiance
