i have a mikuni carb. only one that would work. one of these guys sent it to me. been so long i cant remember who but as soon as i threw it on it fired right up!!he sent me a few main jets i think. i can post pics of the sizes i have. no needle jets or whatever they are called. and i may have tuned it a tiny bit to get it running "correctly" or at least enough to make it run and stay running.

Just like oldgeek said. According to your variator your belt hasn't ever traveled higher than the black belt mark on the face. Your gonna want to measure both with calipers. The distance left on your variator and your belt width. Again like oldgeek said your stock belt numbers are your measurements. Angle, width, and length. If your belts running thin less travel, less opening, less top speed. If it's too thin You'll need to replace the belt. Higher belt travel on the variator, higher gear, higher speed. No calipers try a tape and just convert it as close as you can into millimeters. Open that variator if you can. Check for any type of restriction. Rollers could be flat shaped instead of round. Decreasing variator opening. Also related to lower top speed. Just throwing you some ideas here cvt related for speed. Just jumping on to this thread. If you want to GET belt travel up the variator, put the driveface on lathe and shave down the nipple. i dont have direct access to a lathe.

Just jumping on to this thread. If you want to GET belt travel up the variator, put the driveface on lathe and shave down the nipple. i dont have direct access to a lathe. You can do it w/ a dremel also. If you want more top end this is the ticket.

oldgeek it was old geek who i bought the carb from! Bought is kinda strong since I gave all that stuff to you. 2 carbs and 2 different shipments of stuff, but glad to help. So are you going to bother with taking the CVT apart? Don't shave anything from the pulley, this is a 2T not a 4T and is a bad idea at this point, you dont even have a nipple anyway. Lol!

In any event unfortunately you'll never wish it fixed. Gotta dig in and try some stuff. Lots of simple and free things you can try instead of just guessing and pondering. Takes about ten minutes to either restrict airflow to carb (richen) or give it more airflow (lean) to see if the situation improves. Sorry not trying to be a di@k but seems kinda silly to keep asking for opinions and help without really trying anything?? Anywho- hope u get it figured out and get your power back.
