He meant "pull" out the snorkel. I've read here, though, that pulling out the snorkel will require you to use a larger main jet than stock.

If you are mechanically inclined, have access to tools, and most importantly have patience it won't be that bad. We should be able to help you with any questions as your engine goes together. Just check everything over. Make sure everything clears, check and adjust squish, compression, and port timings for the greatest success. The devil is in the details.

Alright so I found the kit from autotech555. Measured my cylinder length to make sure it matches and everything looks good. I will order it on friday "when I get paid" and post pics of my progress. I'm sure I will run into something and need this forums support.
