I don't even know what this is- it's got 2 rears and 1 front . Whole thing is enclosed - maybe even has doors you can put on . You can see it at various times in this vid but it's a long ride vid . Go to here - 1:13:22 real close to the end . Can't miss it -Green www.youtube.com/watch?v=jd5pNIQSUVs

In Europe you do not need a helmet to ride a C1. Unless you live in the nanny state that is the U.K. Sorry this is a bit UK thingy.Paul Birmingham was built to hide the rest of the UK from London, in the north there is no such thing as MOT,s tax and speed limits it,s a joyus live free or die motto, well worth the poor sanitation and climate . Here in Germany we have small cars like that. I mean real cars, but size of a Mini. Driven either by a 50cc Gas engine with as much HP as possible, or by a Diesel engine with as much displacement as you want, but limited to 6kW. My little Truck has a 638cc Mitsubishi swirl chamber Diesel engine in it, space for 2 people, automatic transmission, parking heater powered by Diesel and payload of 0.5t, but I upgraded shocks for 1 ton... Registered as a moped and costs only insurance, around 45 USD a year. Example of it with a Yamaha XT 600 on the bed...

One more example i've seen recently is "Bellier B8" 0.5liters 4KW diesel.

Is it Bellier Transporter? No, It´s all Italian Handmade Casalini Truck. Bellier uses shitty Lombardini FOCS Diesel (Kohler Group) while Casalini uses high quality Mitsubishi engines.

BTW, GPS measured it with 72 km/h. Not so bad and acceleration is also good. 540cc Mitsubishi Diesel with 34Nm and Polaris Skidoo variator drive make that happen
