Your diagnostics point to the CVT. You should be able to confirm if its engine or CVT.
Is the engine bogging down and running poorly? Problem is engine. Is the engine rpm revving to the moon? Problem is belt or clutch slippage. Is it acting like it stays in high gear (one of your symptoms listed)? Problem is CVT binding
Don't mess with the engine until you confirm the CVT is good.

Im just completely Lost and unmotivated to fix this problem.

Tried std contra and weights yet ? yeah 8.5g and stock contra it was worse and it wasn't that long of a ride i might try them with the 139qmb spring and 7,5g next, one thing i noticed that the pins in the rear pulley scored the part that goes on top of them where the spring sits dont know if it cause this issue

Ok. You mean the cap that goes on the outside. The pins will probably put som marks inside the cap but shouldn't score it. The pins shouldn't reach that cap when they're in place but they will get thrown out against the cap when the pully turns at high speed. That cap should glide on very easily.

Yeah ill put a picture of it later, i tried it with the 8.5g setup and 139qmb spring and it got worse

The blue spring is the 139qmb spring and the black one is stock.

Cant really se how those marks would cause any problems.
Dont get fouled by the length of the springs, it's how much force needed to compress them fully that mathers.

Okay, maybe its the belt i measured the width of it and its supposed to be 18mm and its about 17mm Belts wear down, it's normal. They are usually changed when they are worn 1,5mm from new. When the the belt looses width the top speed drops. You usually loose about 3mph pr mm wear on the belt. I can't see this causing your problem either.

If that doesn't solve the problem you should consider a new torquedrive.
