thewheelie kid...I have seen some here. The Baccio VX50 is a 40QMB engine. Most Yamaha Jog Minarelli's 50's have a "1E40QMB" engine number. The Chinese versions use "1PE40QMB". I think Baccio last model year was 2013. The wrist pin (piston pin) size being discussed can be either a 10mm or a 12mm on those engines. The easiest way and sure way, is to pull off the cylinder and measure the pin diameter. It would cost you 2 gaskets and an hour or so. (Many of us make our own, should be templates on the "templates" page.) It is good experience! The green gasket is the cylinder base gasket and the copper one is between cylinder and head.
I have mentioned before: Cleaning and tuning will net you performance. It takes time, but worth every minute. Even just cleaning the unburned 2 stroke goo out of the pipe will allow your engine to breathe. Best time to do it is when you pull the cylinder. The pipe must come off anyway. We do ours annually, if not more often.
Thanks so much! I will pull it apart and do a small cleaning/service while i am checking the wrist pin size. It will be my first time so wish me luck, i will also document it on this forum since it is my first "performance mod". Thanks again for the info!

Awesome bro! There are tips for cleaning the pipe here too. IMO, do not heat the pipe with a torch to burn out the goo. There are many mild chemical solutions that are simple.
First, try a simple mixture of normal vinegar and 70% isopropyl alcohol. 50/50 mix is best, but your have big volume, so dilute with water. Leave some air space, then shake it all about. Strain it through some cheap cloth, retaining the liquid, them do it again, and again. You can use fuel solvents too. Diesel, then petrol, then the vinegar/alcohol. When you Are happy with cleaning, remember to spray some light oil coating, to protect the metal inside...or simply run it!
I am not a fan of oven cleaners or other harsh solutions, but they will work. They will also attack any pourous welds. Not a big deal if you weld. Again, simple is best.
If you can get A stiff wire through the pipe, from exit stinger to header end, then you might try a small rope pass also. Others have spun these in a drill chuck to give some agitation. Never done it myself, because My pipes are cleaned often. Cheap and easy...be careful and wear eye protection!
(The alcohol is not drinkable) Have a cervesa.

I just recently installed the Stage 6 Streetrace that is on sale still. I’ve never ridden a Polini or Malossi kitted scoot to verify the difference but I have on the generic EBay 70 bbks and there’s a hell of a difference, you’ll get better gaskets to fight air leaks and the quality is just really better. You more than likely have the the 12mm pin, but others have stated definitely check.
The Morini powered TGB bikes are in fact quick off the line and are way easy to pull up, but are done at 35-40mph when stock, only the Aprilia SRs are decent stock-wise to do a solid 50+Mph and wheelies at ease.
