Martin,I am not familiar with that particular transmission but your set up needs a longer belt to use that variator face fully,find a belt maybe 20 to 25mm longer but the same width and you will get a higher top speed for sure,I over inflate my tires a little 5psi or so to add speeeed.nothing wrong the cheap Chinese gauge if you can find one!!

i'll check the belts. mine is really tight. the transmission loose probably i need to change bearings. cause their old for sure.. since i got the engine i havent replaced anything inside beside oil. This gauge is a copy of Koso. is cheap and nice. pt.aliexpress.com/item/32879782895.html?spm=a2g03.12057483.0.0.57cf519fm85W3etoday on my way to work i noticed when scooter gets hot / warmer it looses a lot of inicial power. almoast like i never add a 47cc kit. i need a full tutorial how to really tune my carburator. cause i think is not good and that's important my older piston was new and had a fully black top. my spark plug now is new too but think carburator is not tuned right. inever know when is richer mixture or not.

The belt should feel tight,you will have to plumb that sensor into the cooling system somehow,there are tutorials in the tech section for all aspects of scoot tuning.
