So I was at work the other day and left my scooter outside in the rain when I got back home I dried the bike a off and noticed that the floor mat had a green residue on it. This was not like this before it got rained on. I have tried soaking it in hot water and using degreaser to remove the substance but to no avail does anybody have anysuggestioens onwhat I should do next? It seems to come off when I scratch it with my fingernail

The picture doesn't load...but green, in chemical terms is common with acid based corrosion. HOWEVER, that is huge speculation. The hot water...smart. The degreaser, maybe not.
Is this green compound on your scoot as well? Is your battery cracked? Strange one. Crystaline? lline?
