Historically when I have ordered Michelin Power Pure tires for my scoots, the various vendors listed the 120/70-12 for use on the front or rear. The 130/70-12 tires were listed for use on the rear only. When the 120/70-12 tires arrived they were labeled "for use on front or rear" and had arrows on them to indicate which direction they should rotate based on which position (front or rear) they were used at. The 130/70-12 tires were always listed and labeled "rear" and had arrows in only one direction.
The most recent set of Power Pure tires I ordered was last year. I noticed the 120/70-12 was no longer listed or labeled front or rear, It was labeled front, which worked for me because I always used the 120 on the front and the 130 on the rear.
The other day I checked a couple vendors for a matched set of 120/70-12 tires. I wanted to try a 120/70-12 on the rear this time along with a 120/70-12 on the front. Nowhere I checked had a 120/70-12 dual compound tire listed for use as a rear tire, they were all listed as front. So I settled on my usual, 120/70-12 for the front and a 130/70-12 for the rear. This time around I ordered Pirelli Diablo Rosso, and dont you know it when the 120/70-12 tire arrived it WAS labeled for use on front or rear.
This s*** should not be so difficult!

The people that enter description data into product listings don't seem to have a clue what the products are used for therefore the majority of important info is missing. The sales reps are clueless also. I have to laugh or cry when they confidently announce that some item does not exist because it is not 'listed' in their database.
