Oh man, that's puttifully low. Well, next day off work, I'll deck the head and check the rings, reeds, and seals. Then see what I have.
I should probably start a build thread. So yeah. Be prepared. She's a fugly old gal, but she's got potential.

Meant to ask, as I am away from the bikes today, can anyone tell Me if the vert engine uses the same standard CVT parts as the Mina clones? I know for a fact the rear pulley is badly worn out. I can use my thumb and index finger to open the TD pulley to full open. Not right, is it?

Meniffee ? That doesn't sound right for the clutch . What kind of ramp angle does it have ?

I should really learn to proof read my posts... Plus, Meniffee is a county by me, so its been added to my dictionary, and that damn N is too close to space bar, so it gets swapped......

Hot damn! Its alive! Even stock its sketchy, too fast for the brakes, stupid light, and a lot quicker once moving than I was expecting. TBH I figured it would barely pull me.
Power band is strange. Stock exhaust(?) but it has a kick. Feels like a low end chamber pipe. Prolly the way the CVT is just tossed together. Stock everything from a couple different bikes and a blue contra spring. Takes off slow, hits 10-15 and then sounds/feels like it hits a facking pipe. Damndest thing. Haven't done a top speed run, and haven't really ridden it much. It is super sketchy. No way to kill it, have to yank the plug wire, gotta fix that idle way, Way too high, but other than that... I frigging love it.
Since I have made it clear to myself I am keeping it, I guess I'll start a build thread when I can afford to order the bbk and other bits. Needs a new kick shaft, its stripped and out of round, brakes need changed, and I'd love to figure a way to put wider wheels on it. I have never been a fan of skinny miny tires on a bike of any type.
The stock carbby is a TK, its tiny. I'll probably throw a 19 Mikuni on it when I do gather the cash for a new bore.
I had the head off to deck it, re-sealed the reeds and intake. From what little I did see it looks good in there. No scoring, or rust, no milk like the ETon. Just a stupid light bike, with a surprisingly quick stock bore. The stock pipe is tapered, probably more for looks than performance, and like I said the power I'm feeling is probably a combination of not having ridden something this small before, and my janky TD set up. This whole bike is sketchy. Imma name it Sketch Razzington.

Sketch Razzington love the name . Good to hear you have it on the road . The drum brakes are a weak point.
Going up a size in tires would help with top speed and handling I noticed a big difference on the vino's

@zino18, thanks, will check it out. Thinking of seeing what forks would fit, would be an odd duck with a fat(ter) front and skinny rear, but if its a bit safer....I'm all for an odd look. Hell, I am an odd look.
