Well time to buy a bigger carb, can't deside 35mm tmx or just a tm34mm power jet, what would you get, both i think will make 94cc pull hard, have the big inlets to try, but ive found a dyno 1km away that specifically does race 2t, so booking in for a few hours when tuner is available, as you would emagin very sort after, but ill be there to get a few tips and tricks, this man is old and know what he is doing, you have to have appointment, first to let him deside if he wants to do it, dont think he would have seen a full malossi 94cc race motor so hoping,

Getting it set up on a rolling road would save a lot of guess work. Would be interesting to get his opinion on it as well.

Thanks I haven't even looked at A thing, I just set ignition to what it said to, put togeather 3rd kick thats how it sounded, havent even touched mixture screw, so not bad out of box, I did some case work as well, can't wait to get big carb and race intake on, and dyno it in the next few weeks, thanks

Well took bike for first ride, I left cvt as it came, so was I gaming at around 3500-4000revs not a lot I know, but ran great, running so rich, it fowls plug on back off from small hit of throttle, took to 12k and was pulling nice to 10 and even harder to 12k, so time to get the 36mm power jet on, havent desided 34-36mm one or the other, with the big reeds and dyno it see what its got, hoping to hit 30hp with big carb, will post video asap

Ok so ive been looking for a spacer to fit this big carb set up, did find something I could use and mod if needed, but its 3-4 weeks shipping, im ocd so that's not happing, lol and I want to fit to turn, and dyno, so I fabricated one myself, seem to do this a lot, as we all do, I had to angel sides of inside so there wasn't a step, and will flow well, the reeds are big wow, very big, inlet hole is 40mm, well it turned out ok, had to mod so reeds will open fully. Will be getting new carb tomorrow, im lucky the Australian mukini rep is 1km from home, so I couldn't desid what size, but with theses reeds its going to be a 36mm, so 8mm bigger than stock, should pull ok, just hope I can still ride in traffic lmao, I don't mind on off riding so we will see, will post a pic and hopefully video of starting it should be interesting

Another day, more wireing, because im useing 3 batteries, it wasn't as simple as I was hopeing, to me the eletric water pump is poriaty, so it has its own bigger lithium, and I ended up parelling the othe 2 togeather, to run all lights and dash, lights are on a on off switch, and also had to install kill switch. Have light dash on key on and off, so to get it all to work right, I had to test everything making sure it all worked. And added each bit at a time so I new if anything stopped working, it was what I just did, and that happend lol, so it looks even worse than yesterday's photos, but im glad everything g works, now its doen to weather I built motor right, well I know it will start maybe first kick but bet by 3, think ill get all the wireing into cabling so it all protected and neat, zip tie it all down, and motor it, can't wait to use the rs2 dash As you can see temp is 36c thats air temp today lol happy new year the second mallosi controller box that has temp and something else on it is that part of the Ignition or a separate sensor that isn't included in the Ignition kit?

No thats the heat pump controler you can buy that plugs and plays, with ignition, you can set temp from 55c-85c and it goes off temp in hard and revs to deside how fast to run pump, and has a alarm temp you can set, has a digital read out thats u put on dash, and just had 3 bars blue for cold green for right temp and red or orange for hot as well as a triangle that flashes red if there's something wrong, It will tell u if wiring is wrong or temp sencer isn't getting water, but around $500, dont think ive shown in video yet hocked up, will do soon.
