New rotor and nut installed! Jumped the main jet up and it still pulls strong! But now I'm seeing a new issue with the electrical. I'm running a trail tech vapor and when I hit higher RPMs it surges the electronics and the vapor shuts down and will keep turning on and off until I shut the bike off after that. What could I have done wrong for that?

Fun update to this build. I've had it parked and torn down now since this last post because shortly after I went for about a 3 mile ride that resulted in an exhaust side leak between either the cylinder and plate or plate and case. I removed the cylinder and when trying to pull the adapter plate off and 2 of the fancy titanium bolts I used stripped. So I've spent the last few weeks accumulating a reverse drill kit that wouldn't snap or burn up immediately on the titanium. Finally got them out and I think the issue was actually the exhaust flange being a bit too big for the adapter plate causing it to not seal properly. And in the process of removing the cylinder all of the bolts to the studs stripped as well. So all in all I've had a hell of a time with the S6 hardware on this kit. I had similar issues with the 70cc kit but they broke due to vibrations not being taken off and put on.
But good news I got cool new bars and a bar clamp that looks way better than the stock setup and I should have this thing back on the street in a day or two to see what else I can break!

Wow ive never hurd of titanium bolts snapping, im not a fan of the stage6 motor parts, I like there breaks and eletrics gages that's sort of stuff, ive had trouble with there mk2 race barrels and there pistons, the ring pin on piston is pushed to far in, fails a lot and let ring spin around piston. Not good, but a lot of people swear buy them. My new bike has full down hill bar set up

Wasn't an issue of the titanium bolt snapping, it actually stripped when I was pulling it out, 2 of the 4 that is. I used titanium bolts because on my 70cc the S6 bolts snapped on a ride so I used titanium on it and they've held ever since. But I've not had to tear it down again so who knows if they'll strip. But if you've ever tried to drill and extract a titanium bolt it's a pain in the ass. But hopefully I'll have a leak free system after this! I only went the couple miles and noticed the leak but it manages to put a nice burn on the exhaust side of the piston that quick.

I've done the same thing with standard bolts, on rc-one cases so I ended up getting the flange and intake done in helia coils, I use a anti seze grease sorry I can't rember what's the proper name but it does help on motors that heat up and cool down a lot and helps thread crosion. Glad you got it sorted out, I was livid when I snaped a bolt in intake it broke in 2 places and being new cases I took to my machineiet to heli coil all the bolt holes

I was able to throw it back together and make a squick run down the road and it is back operational without any type of air leak! But it does look like I have a water leak where the cylinder attaches to the plate so hopefully a tightening after its heat cycle will nip that...
