i have actauly seen more then one of those
there is a concrete company out there that runs around with several home made power buggies like that

for smaller jobs and where the unload area is small they are nicer then a regualy concrete power buggy

Must be a reverse model?.

It looks like he added a gear or two to reverse the output to the rear wheel?
