Nice. Let us know how it works and where (RPM) it works for you. I think it should work for peak around 9500RPM. If that's the case, it should work OK stock and you can probably have a strong setup if you do some cylinder work.

I been reading the 90cc build thread and i was wondering where i can find the 52 mm squish style head and how much would you recommend to shave off the stock head. I am going to try the setup that you had with the three gaskets but i want to try everything stock first but that is the direction i want to start at and later work for the same port duration as your build to match my pipe 186 exhaust 130 transfer or a little less. Another question is what is the best way to gauge or measure my rpm

Same as the Hoca I tested on Project 90 and ran on a 103cc (that I thought was a really nice street rider).

The racier stuff I know of is all that high dollar Stage 6, MHR, Malossi, Polini stuff. Best budget option I know of is to get a Peace Pipe, a normal layout cylinder, and port it to work with the Peace Pipe. That's what SkeedR and T1 are. The 90s strong point with what's out there on a budget is to be a strong torquey setup that can be used everyday.

Take the stinger off and check for a restricter there too. Sometimes they put one in there too.
Easy to do... It will only take a couple minutes.
Could be worth the look.

Aaron420e I check nothing thanks for the heads up.
It started for the first time yesterday I am off on my jetting, it would run and cut off like it was dying for gas but would start right back up my carb on there is a old scrap one so i am thinking of buying a new carb any suggestion anyone. I want to keep it in the 19-21mm range to use the stoke intake and want one i can use my stock oil pump on also. My stock airbox is no good either the plastic is hard and will not go over the carb lip does anyone have one they would want to sale.
