Good evening lads,
So I have a problem with my rear tire/rim. So when it's on the jack stand it rotates loosely about 50% around then is very hard to rotate the rest of the way then is loose again and so on. Now when I'm riding it feels like driving a car with the e-brake on(holding back) then when I let go of the throttle it instantly feels like I'm braking. Any ideas? I looked around the forum before I asked so I'm sorry if this has already been answered on another thread.
Thanks Luis

have you took the rim off to inspect the drum and pads yet also you might want to loosen the brake cable some

yes thats the brake cable watch it while you pull and let off the left brake handle you will see it move....that nut on the end there is the adjustment nut, loosen it one turn to the left and spin the wheel with your hand then loosen it some more and keep doing that until the brake is not dragging anymore. Chinese brake drums are not known for their 'roundness' for lack of a better term.
