I had a 830 20 belt in there so I went with a 842 and I gained 4 mph allowing me to cruise at 55mph at around 6500 rpm. Not only that but I installed a set of 17.5 G rollers, 1500 rpm torque spring, and 2000 rpm pill springs. There is a little less acceleration off the line but once she hits its on.
I truly hate my camera but here is a little more video of the ufo and my new mirrors that you cant see because its dark but hey I was excited. Dropped the bars down about 2" as well.
Much better pictures and finishing touches to come.
You have no idea how hard that would be on this one. There are so many little chrome do dads that I had to go with black and chrome or it wouldnt look right.
This scooter was a huge success at the MotoGP bike night. Everyone kept saying "Damn nice scooter bro!" "That dont sound like a scooter" "What is that?".
Here is the latest on this project.
Velocity stack, not the cleanest job I have done but a regular filter setup wont fit now that its lowered.
Open Clutch Bell, thanks Roy!
Next post will be the final shots before she is put on the chopping block.

Scooter in a box $300 Engine $400 Exhaust $100 Title Work $100 and it was a bioatch! Chrome bits $65 Lowering Blocks $40 Rollers $4 L.E.D's $100 Mirrors $15 PDI $10 Velocity Stack $10 Jet $4 Sparkplug $2 CVT Machineing $20 in parts trade
NICE! I like the V-stack man, i have been thinking about putting one on Skeedr. Looking good bro, i think thats a hellova scoot for $1,500. Gotta agree with Brent on the build my own. Somebody that hates wrenchin will love it.
I learned early on its not my style that gets attention but how loud my project is. That thing has a honda atv motor in it. Brent you of all people know what kind of power that thing could make. Could you imagine me on that thing riding wheelies down the road. It would be nuts and some chick would buy it for sure.
Oh it could be fast, and it could be loud. Wheelies should be simple with a 4 speed manual 110cc or above (or 49cc modded to 88cc).
-Hold clutch -Rev engine -Release clutch -Hold on
;D
My old X12 would shoot flames and backfire quite loud. That's a good attention getter. Richen up the mixture and make a small exhaust leak and you can prob do the same thing. ;D
